Join the Wisdom Hospice on Sunday 6th September for our Heroes Colour Run at Milton Creek Country Park, Sittingbourne!
Whether you choose to run, jog, walk or dance your way around our family-friendly 5K course, you’re guaranteed a day full of laughter, music, colourful powder and unforgettable memories – all while raising vital funds for the Wisdom Hospice.

Heroes Colour Run 2026
Family friendly 5k run/walk perfect for all ages and fitness levels. Whether you jog, sprint or stroll your way to the finish line, you’ll be supporting local hospice care with every step
Their 5k run/walk is on Sunday 6th September starting at 11am. It is open to individuals, families, teams of all ages and abilities. Starting and finishing at Milton Creek Country Park, you will complete the 2.5k course twice, staying within the park at all times. Everyone passing the finishing line is a winner and you’ll get a medal for taking part. There will be food and drink available before and after the run and plenty of entertainment while you are in the country park.
