Milton Creek Country Park is of major historical and environmental significance, its landscape reflecting the industrial and natural heritage of Sittingbourne and Milton Regis.

It’s also a great place for informal recreation and for community events, and a natural play area for children.

The Milton Creek Country Park Trust works with the local community to promote the Park as the ‘Green Heart of Sittingbourne. The Trust supports the Friends of Milton Creek, local volunteers who help the Park Ranger maintain and develop the Park.

Why not show your support and become a Friend?

All are welcome. The Park is still in its infancy and there is much to do. It is rich in biodiversity and home to many plant and animal species. Learn about wildlife conservation, or help with routine clear ups or with organising future community events.

Or you could become a Trustee and help drive this project forward.

With a bit of help we can put Milton Creek Country Park on the map as a shining example of what can be achieved when a community takes pride in its local green space.

There is a regularly updated programme of activities available to view on the What’s On page, on the Friends of Milton Creek Facebook page and on the notice boards at Green Porch Close, Newman’s Drive  and Gas Road entrances. To join the Friends and receive regular emails please subscribe to our mailing list. For enquiries please contact miltoncreek@swale.gov.uk or use our contact page.
